What is this Promotion about?

 

As part of our launch, “intellist”, the trading name of Financsys Ltd, is offering intellist users the opportunity to sign up to Revolut Business for the first time and receive:

 

50% off the monthly subscription fee for Professional, Ultimate, Grow and Scale plans, in the form of a cashback reward [the “Reward”]  that will be paid into your Revolut Business account each month. 

 

This promotion is offered by intellist and is not connected to Revolut Limited in any way. The cashback reward will apply from the date of activation of the account. 

 

In order to receive your Reward you must sign up to Revolut Business through a unique link from intellist between 00:00 GMT on April 29 2022 and 23:59 GMT on May 31 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and at all times when participating in this Promotion.

 

What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?

 

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

 

Be a new user of Revolut Business.

 

Click on the chat button on the intellist website and give your permission to participate in the promotion and for Revolut to share your details with intellist for the sole purpose of allowing intellist to offer cashback, by providing your business email address. 

 

Click on the unique link on the intellist website - this link will redirect you to the Revolut Business website where you will sign-up to Revolut Business. Once verified that you have been referred by intellist, Revolut will share your plan and Revolut account details with intellist, to enable us to make a refund to you.

 

How do I get my cashback  reward?
 

If you meet the eligibility criteria and complete the steps outlined in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?”, in the 30 days after you make monthly fee payment, intellist will be notified, and will then refund 50% of your subscription fee payment to your Revolut account details within 10 working days. 

 

What other legal information should I know?

 

For customers based in the United Kingdom, this Promotion is organised and offered by Finacsys Ltd.
 

We may suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect intellist’s goodwill or reputation.

 

We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis. If we exercise this right we will try to give you advance notice on our website. Please contact us via the website chat or support@intellist.co.uk if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.

 

We can cancel this Promotion, or change these Promotion Terms at any time without notice.

 

Events beyond the control of intellist may also occur that render the awarding of cash reward as part of this Promotion impossible. intellist will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.

 

If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with any cash reward that you were entitled to under this Promotion, you will lose your entitlement to that reward.

 

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

 

These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and office translation only - participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.

 

For customers of intellist, to the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.
